About the role
As a Drain Install Technician at Sullivan Super Service, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide unparalleled plumbing and drain solutions that prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our customers. Your technical expertise, dedication to excellence, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional residential plumbing services.

As a Sullivan Super Service Drain Technician your responsibilities will include:
•
Perform trenchless drain lining (CIPP) to repair damaged sewer and drain lines without excavation.
•
Operate sewer inspection cameras to diagnose drain and sewer line issues and accurately identify blockages, breaks, and defects.
•
Use hydro jetting equipment to clear grease, sludge, roots, and other obstructions from residential drain systems.
•
Interpret camera inspection findings and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions to homeowners.
•
Maintain and safely operate specialized drain cleaning, inspection, and lining equipment.
•
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards, local codes, and quality expectations.
•
Document inspection findings, completed work, and customer recommendations accurately.
•
Presenting repair and replacement options to customers, offering clear and honest recommendations.
•
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and customer interactions using ServiceTitan.
•
Collaborating with customers to educate them on preventive maintenance and proper care of their plumbing systems.
•
Following all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
•
Keeping work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and materials to efficiently handle each job.
•
Staying current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise.
Top candidates will possess:
•
At least 3 years of professional experience in drain work
•
Experience with full drain replacement and sewer lining is highly preferred.
•
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, including camera inspection systems and hydro-jetting machines.
•
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly and professionally.
•
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
•
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
