The Opportunity
We are seeking a finance professional to join our Debt Capital Markets team in Tokyo. This role will play a key part in structuring, executing, and managing financing transactions that support the acquisition, development, and operation of logistics facilities and data centers across Japan.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale real estate finance transactions while working closely with leading domestic and international financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Structure, execute, and manage debt financing transactions, including new financings and refinancings.

Support financing activities for logistics facilities, data centers, and related real estate investments.
