About the role
If you are a Project Manager who knows Workday, Payroll, and Leave of Absence processes and enjoys bringing structure to complex, cross functional programs, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high priority initiative with significant operational impact.
You will lead coordination across People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Time Away, HR Technology, and external partners to improve a critical Leave of Absence process and Workday integration. You will be responsible for keeping multiple teams aligned, managing dependencies and risks, coordinating testing, resolving blockers, and driving the program toward successful delivery.
You will be most successful in this role if you have worked within a large, complex enterprise environment and can combine strong project leadership with hands on knowledge of Workday and Payroll or Leave of Absence processes. Experience within Big Tech, financial services, or another large organization is particularly relevant.
