About the role
We are looking for an Instructor, Fitness & Wellness to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will create inspiring fitness and wellness experiences through engaging group classes and personal training sessions. You will support daily spa operations and wellness activities, providing personalized guidance in a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages guests to embrace their wellbeing journey at W Costa Navarino.
Responsibilities
•
Lead group classes and private sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, stretching, Aqua Gym, and cardio.
•
Design personalised fitness and wellness programmes based on guests’ needs and goals.
•
Guide guests through exercises safely, creating a welcoming and motivating environment.
•
Build positive guest relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
•
Support bookings, scheduling, and the delivery of wellness retreats and special events.
•
Work closely with the Spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
•
Maintain clean, organised, and safe fitness areas and equipment.
•
Stay updated on fitness and wellness trends and follow all brand, service, and safety standards.
Requirements
•
Valid Fitness Instructor certification or diploma.
•
2–3 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor in a fast-paced environment.
•
Previous teaching experience is essential.
•
Strong knowledge of Pilates, Yoga, stretching, Aqua Gym, and cardio.
•
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
•
Ability to build positive relationships with guests and work effectively as part of a team.
•
Previous hospitality experience will be considered an advantage.
