Production Fulfillment Associate
About the Role
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale client rollouts of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices. This position focuses on order fulfillment, production operations, quality control, inventory accuracy, and ensuring client orders are completed efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
What You Will Do
•
Pick, assemble, pack, and ship customer orders.
•
Configure POS devices, including software downloads and device injections.
•
Meet daily production and quality goals.
•
Maintain accurate inventory records.
•
Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
•
Partner with team members to ensure high-quality production standards.
•
Help ensure client orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
•
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
•
Work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
Experience You’ll Need:
•
High school diploma, GED, equivalent experience, or military experience.
•

Salary Range:
$41,600.00-$52,000.00
