What you’ll do…

Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items following established recipes and preparation techniques.

Maintain and improve the appearance and cleanliness of the coffee bar and store areas.

Demonstrate and explain coffee products, brewing equipment, and services to customers.
•
Replenish supplies, stock coffee beans, pastries, and related items to ensure availability.
•
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating repairs as needed.
•
Adhere to food safety, sanitation policies, and company standards to ensure quality and compliance.
•
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
