What you’ll do
About the role
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Chihuahua. This role will be instrumental in expanding Clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our Commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across Mexico through smarter financial tools.
As a sales leader on the ground, you’ll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take full ownership of your territory’s success.

Must haves

3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments

Chihuahua is an emerging territory for Clara — there’s no office to go into, so this role works remotely from Chihuahua day to day. You’ll ramp up in person with the team, and come together in person for team moments, events and customer visits through the year.
