Job Overview:
The Associate HR Power BI Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise HR reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related Microsoft data technologies.
Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, the role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR stakeholders, and other members of the HRIS Reporting & Analytics team to translate business requirements into accurate, intuitive, scalable, and well-governed reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
The position is primarily a hands-on Power BI development role, responsible for dashboard and report development, data transformation, semantic modeling, visualization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The developer will work within established HR reporting standards and architecture while progressively developing capabilities in Microsoft Fabric and modern data engineering practices.
The role supports the organization’s continued transition from traditional Power BI reporting toward a more scalable Microsoft Fabric-based HR data and analytics architecture. As the team’s capabilities mature, the developer will increasingly contribute to reusable data products, standardized semantic models, and modernized reporting solutions.
The position may also support broader HR digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate, based on evolving team and business needs. Prior exposure to these tools is a plus, not a requirement.
