About the role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Evening Staff Team Member to oversee evening and weekend events, support volunteers, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children, families, and community members. This role is essential in maintaining smooth program operations, providing security, and ensuring events run efficiently. Requirements & Responsibilities:

Oversee program-specific evening and weekend events requiring volunteer support

Supervise volunteers to ensure an effective and organized experience

Provide security and ensure the safety of the building during evening and weekend hours

Serve as a professional and welcoming connection between the community and KOTM

Support the operational needs of various programs, ensuring events run smoothly

Adapt to fluctuating weekly hours and occasional Saturday mornings
Benefits & Schedule:

Part-time position averaging 10-15 hours per month

Schedule: Occasional Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday evenings (varying hours between 5:00 PM-9:30 PM), and occasional Saturday mornings (varying hours between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
