What this job involves:
•
Lead the technical management of building systems and infrastructure across retail banking branches and associated facilities.
•
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, accessibility, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, local building codes).
•
Manage and optimize contracts with FM service providers (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities).
•
Respond to and resolve urgent facility-related incidents impacting branch operations (e.g., power outages, HVAC failures, security breaches).
•
Partner with Retail Banking, Security, IT, and Real Estate teams to support branch openings, renovations, relocations, and technology deployments (e.g., ATMs, digital signage, network cabling).
•
Monitor facility performance metrics (uptime, response times, cost per sq. ft.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital renewal planning for branch assets.
•
Ensure all FM activities align with sustainability goals and corporate ESG commitments.
Required Skills and Experiences:
