Identify the root causes and financial impact of device loss and develop scalable strategies to improve device recovery and reduce associated losses
•
Identify emerging patterns of scams and abuse, partnering cross-functionally to develop preventative measures that minimize financial loss while preserving a strong member experience
•
Build a rigorous testing and measurement framework to evaluate revenue recovery initiatives, quantify incremental impact, and continuously optimize performance
•
Assist in incident response for revenue-impacting events, coordinating cross-functional teams to rapidly assess impact, mitigate losses and resolve root causes.
•
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Membership Services, Legal, and other stakeholders to prioritize and implement initiatives that balance revenue recovery, risk mitigation, operational complexity, and member experience
