About the role
The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing and supporting key accounting and finance functions of the company, with an emphasis on general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, project accounting, and audit compliance. This role partners closely with cross-functional and intercompany finance teams to support accurate reporting and continuous process improvement.
What you’ll do:
•
Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
•
Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations; support month-end and year-end close and financial statement preparation
•
Oversee fixed asset, inventory, and project/job cost accounting, including related reconciliations and variance analysis
•
Provide leadership to the accounting and finance team, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
•
Recommend process improvements and support policy development
•
Assist with annual financial statement audits
•
Support annual budgeting process
•
Other duties as assigned
What you bring:
