We’re looking for a passionate and creative Motion Designers for Marketing Team who will be producing engaging marketing creatives for our chart-topping games. You will be responsible for creating high quality marketing visuals for Bigger’s mobile marketing campaigns. As a part of our Marketing team, you will be working closely with marketing managers to reach and engage with millions of players all around the world.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Responsibilities
•
Produce animated motion graphics and video layouts using After Effects
•
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize creatives based on performance data
•
Stay updated on gaming, advertising, and visual design trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effective
•
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts that drive user acquisition
YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:
•
2+ years of experience in visual arts and creating motion graphics
•
Strong knowledge of visual editing tools, like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator to be able to deliver quality assets
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Arts or relevant fields is a plus
•
Solid understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and digital marketing visuals
•
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
•
Passion for games and player psychology
•
Great understanding of composition, color theory, and graphic/visual/stylistic trends in games
•
Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
•
A perfect team player with excellent communication skills
•
Good knowledge of 3D is a plus
•
Previous experience in a gaming company is a big plus
