Work Location Type: In-Office, Part-Time Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 1:30 PM - 6:15 PM (some schedule flexibility preferred)
•
Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PM
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Bismarck Gateway Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team environment, this role may be for you!
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
· Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
· Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
· Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Compensation & Perks:

Pay Range: $18-$19
•
Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
•
Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:30 PM - 6:15 PM Mondays through Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
