About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to lead our local IT function while remaining actively involved in business applications, system improvements, and digital initiatives.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines leadership, operational excellence, and technology ownership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both shaping IT strategy and contributing to day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
•
Lead, develop, implement, optimize, and maintain all local IT and Retail systems, and audiology devices, ensuring reliability and continuous operation.
•
Oversee system performance and proactively manage improvements to make business applications more efficient and user-friendly.
•
Drive and harmonize corporate IT initiatives that directly support business performance and process optimization.
•
Oversee IT security and compliance requirements (NIS2, EESZT)
•
Manage and support a Hungarian IT team of three, and third-party IT service providers, acting as both leader and active contributor in operational activities.
•
Provide hands-on support for business applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), ensuring smooth daily operations and development.
•
Work closely with external development partners to design and deploy technical enhancements.
•
Ensure high-quality data management, integrations, and system connectivity.
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with management and other business units to align IT solutions with operational needs (CRM).
Requirements
•
University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and business application support.
•
Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
