About the role

PURPOSE

•

To bridge business requirements and technology solutions with the focus on Employee Benefit business by analysing, designing, implementing, and supporting systems that improve business efficiency and user experience

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions

•

Lead application design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the SDLC

•

Ensure solution quality through effective design reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards

•

Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver projects and enhancements successfully

•

Participate in Agile delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

•

Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery efficiency and software quality

•

Support production systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and operational issues

•

Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing support to team members and vendors

•

Recommend solution designs, integration approaches, and implementation strategies that align with business objectives and enterprise standards

•

Address any communication gaps between product owners, designers, quality assurances, etc. to minimize the knowledge gap and deliver the solutions with the right mutual understanding and logics

•

Manage to achieve No “Unsatisfactory” result in compliance and security audit

•

Manage to close identified improvement items in the compliance and security audit report within the timeline

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

•

Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

•

Minimum 5 years of application development experience

•

Candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered
