About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. You’ll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse’s ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
•
Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, artificial intelligence, trading and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds and other elite technical organisations
•
Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit
•
Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences
•
Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines
Requirements
