As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind staffing Serverfarm’s data center operations teams, finding and engaging the technicians, engineers, site administrators, and chief engineers who keep our facilities running 24x7. We expect you to own the candidate journey from first outreach to day one. That means sourcing proactively, running sharp qualification prescreens, keeping interviews moving, and managing preboarding steps like background checks and I-9 verification accurately and on time. You’ll partner closely with Data Center Operations leaders and hiring managers, so clear communication, responsiveness, and sound judgment are essential. You’ll also keep Lever data accurate and current so leadership can rely on it to make decisions.
