Responsibilities: * Train, assist and monitor a staff of Master’s Level clinicians, Bachelor’s Level clinicians and Family Partners ensuring their proficiency in the fundamentals of the wraparound service model. * Train, assist and monitor all staff in crisis assessment, development of safety plans and continually assure such plans / assessments emphasize family skill building, utilizing natural supports, and collaboration with established treatment providers. * Ensure linkage and coordination to community-based treatment options to minimize the need for out of home, more restrictive placements. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with other providers of youth and family services in the community to strengthen referral streams both inside and outside of Eliot. * Ensure the single point of entry for all youth behavioral health services within Eliot, including CSA, is followed by all staff. * Be the primary liaison between Youth MCI and CSA, including providing supervision to CSA embedded staff, tracking and monitoring referrals, participating in CSA meetings as necessary, and supporting the partnership between Youth MCI and CSA.
