Job Description
Description of Functions:

Performing food preparation tasks;
•
Confection of dishes;
•
Organization and coordination of all kitchen activity;
•
Control of compliance with rules of conservation of raw materials and cooked food, as well as the rules for cleaning premises and equipment.
