Position Summary:
•
To solve technical problems during manufacturing and sustain high performance production；
•
Continuously improve productivity from technical perspective, like process capability, cycle time, PKYK, layout/flow, change over, downtime, quality etc.
Responsibilities

1. To analyze manufacturing problems during production from technology perspective and provide solutions to restore quickly**；**
2. Lead root cause analysis and develop long-term solution for repeated and major problems;
3. Follow up and maintain process stability, such as safety, cycle time, PKYK, process capability, RTY, Changeover, Ergonomics, etc.;
4. Continuous technical improvement to obtain better CPU/OEE/OPE/UPH/scrap/ppm/MTBF**；**
5. Transfer mass production LL to NPI team and support continuous improvement of NPI and new line.
