Lead environmental risk assessments and improvement projects
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental performance objectives
Manage environmental inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions
Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, health, safety, environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements
Maintain required certifications, permits, records, and compliance documentation
Prepare and present QHSE performance reports to senior management
Act as Management Representative for integrated management systems where applicable
Liaise with regulatory authorities, customers, external auditors, and certification bodies
Lead and develop the QHSE team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives
Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with all departments to integrate QHSE requirements into daily operations
Lead cross-functional teams in resolving major quality, safety, and environmental issues
