Our Summer Internship Program (May 31 - August 5, 2027) is designed to attract and develop future leaders. This opportunity is for individuals currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing career opportunities in retail. As a Store Optimization Intern at Michaels, you will be assigned to a team and gain hands-on experience with core responsibilities, relevant projects, and professional development opportunities.

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum Type of Experience Required
