Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of pastry items according to recipes and hotel standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper sanitation practices.

Help in inventory management, including stocking and sorting ingredients.

Participate in daily prep tasks, including measuring, mixing, and baking.
•
Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure timely production and presentation of desserts.

Learn and adapt to various pastry techniques and presentations.
•
Support the team during busy service times and handle any additional tasks as needed.
