You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand the specific requirements of each position and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
•
2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare sector.
•
Proven ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.
•
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
