Job Description
As a Driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for guests and resort operations. This position requires excellent customer service, strong driving skills, and a commitment to safety while ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do as a Driver:
• Safely transport guests and passengers to designated locations while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist passengers with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
• Utilize GPS and local area knowledge to navigate efficiently and maintain timely schedules.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, or other items as needed.
• Monitor traffic and road conditions and adjust routes accordingly.
• Represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, communication, and guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring as a Driver:
• Valid CDL Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement required.
