We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS) as part of the Master Data Conversion team. This role plays a key part in delivering global SAP deployments, ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready Master Data across regions, business units, and complex data landscapes.
The Senior Business Process Analyst operates with a high level of autonomy, leading Master Data conversion activities, partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders, and driving data readiness, quality, and governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units
•
Own end‑to‑end data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP
•
Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams
•
Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data
•
Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
•
Guide countries and regions through the end‑to‑end SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance
•
Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support
•
Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies
