About the role
We are seeking a Training Intern for our First Quality Print & Packaging facility located in Anderson, SC. This position will be responsible for recording and creating Operational Training media.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
· Practice good hygiene, treating everyone with respect, being constructive and tactful, communicating with the team, and abiding by company policies and procedures
· Film or photograph the processes on the machines within the facility
· Use video editing software to edit the captured media using the TWI Lean Manufacturing approach

· Work along with management and team leads to ascertain the information for the training media and assure it is accurate

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Actively pursuing a print or packaging related degree
· Work in an environment with the potential for exposure to dust, gas, and fumes
· Occasional Stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching throughout shift
· Occasional climbing and reaching
· Able to work in dusty, wet, hot environments on occasion
