Make-Up Artistry & Customer Sales Services Experience
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional make-up artistry that enhances each client’s individuality.
•
Provide personalized consultations — from flawless complexion to signature looks — using Guerlain’s iconic products.
•
Master the Dare to Be techniques to create unforgettable beauty transformations.
•
Achieve set sales targets through engaging demonstrations, link selling, and expert product recommendations.
•
Create an elevated customer experience from the very first “Welcome to Guerlain” to the final touch of lipstick.
•
Strive to achieve your personal sales targets and KPIs — because success is beautiful too.
Brand Expertise & Education
•
Stay inspired — attend all brand trainings to deepen your artistry, product, and skincare knowledge.
•
Share new techniques, trends, and product insights with your teammates.
•
Keep the make-up counter immaculate — from tester hygiene to product presentation — reflecting the Maison’s excellence.
•
Ensure all tools and testers are clean, available, and up to Guerlain’s high standards.
Image & Presentation
•
Represent Guerlain’s image with pride, grace, and style — your look speaks our language of beauty.
•
Wear the Guerlain uniform and use Guerlain products exclusively during working hours.
•
Embody poise, professionalism, and elegance at all times.
Team Collaboration
•
Partner closely with your team and Retail Manager to achieve shared goals.
•
Support team initiatives and maintain positive energy at the counter.
•
