Responsibilities

This position is responsible to provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of speedy recovery of breakdowns, reliability of the repairs, machine availability, performing high quality installation start up, performing preventive maintenances; provide operator’s maintenance training as per pre-set processes
