About the role
Hallson Hospitality Co. manages 150+ short-term rental properties across Nashville. Our guest experience depends on things happening on the ground, not just on a screen. The Property Operations Runner is that on-the-ground presence: the person who shows up with a trunk full of supplies, shops for and stocks a fridge before check-in, remakes a bed after a late cancellation, sets up a surprise for a guest’s celebration, and handles whatever last-minute request keeps a property guest-ready.
This role reports into Operations and works closely with the Guest Experience and Cleaning Vendor Coordination teams to keep properties turnover-ready and guests taken care of in real time.
