What will you be doing?
•
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial statements, operational data, and business plans, identifying adjustments in EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial debt for accurate transaction valuations.
•
Due Diligence Leadership: Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating sessions with target company management to gather crucial insights.
•
Reporting & Insights: Prepare due diligence reports, including financial analyses, charts, and conclusions to guide client decisions.
•
Team Coaching: Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth.
•
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with tax, legal, and other teams to provide comprehensive due diligence services.
•
Client Engagement: Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive business growth.
•
Business Development: Contribute to identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.
What do you bring to the table?
