Site Reliability Engineering experience in production operational environments and working with observability solutions
Appreciation for security and GitOps based software delivery lifecycle practices

Your Impact
As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor and lead architectural authority for Cisco’s most strategic customer engagements across Germany.
•
Manages multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, working under pressure and setting priorities to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
•
Have regional-level impact and sphere of influence; building relationships with other technical stakeholders within the organization.
•
Demonstrates deep expertise in the technology domains of Agentic AI Systems and Cloud Native architectures
•
Applies AI-driven workflows to optimize operational and administrative efficiency, enabling deeper engagement in solution design and customer interaction.
•
