A Day in the Life
As a Demand Planner supporting the Global Supply Chain team, you will provide forecast analysis and handoff on a monthly cycle including changes, trends, and financial compliance.
This role works closely with Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align on consensus forecast to meet patient needs.
This is an onsite position (at least 4 days/week) at any of these sites. Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.

As the Demand Planner, you will:
•
Drive demand forecast accuracy by leveraging advanced analytics, statistical forecasting models, and business intelligence to anticipate market demand and improve planning outcomes.
•
Own and optimize demand planning data by maintaining product demand history, baseline forecasts, and promotional projections, ensuring forecast integrity and reliability.
•
Analyze demand trends and product performance to identify demand patterns, proactively mitigate forecasting risks, and support data-driven business decisions.
•
Translate commercial and market insights into actionable forecasts by aligning sales, marketing, and customer intelligence across operating units and integrating inputs into planning systems.
•
Develop and continuously refine account-, customer-, and brand-specific forecasts that support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and enable effective inventory, production, and supply chain strategies.
•
Integrate critical business drivers including replenishment trends, point-of-sale data, promotional activities, marketing initiatives, manufacturing capacity constraints, and product lifecycle changes to create comprehensive demand plans.
•
Partner strategically with Sales, Marketing, National Accounts, R&D, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to align demand assumptions, resolve forecast variances, and support enterprise decision-making.
•
Lead cross-functional forecast reviews and facilitate alignment on key demand drivers, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
•
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance forecasting capabilities, increase planning efficiency, strengthen data quality, and improve overall business performance.
•
Champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and best practices to elevate demand planning maturity and operational effectiveness.
