Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Review and analyze collective training plans developed by GFCs to ensure alignment with Army doctrine, policies, training strategies, and readiness requirements.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement within proposed training plans, and provide actionable recommendations and guidance to GFCs.
• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training exercises across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Develop comprehensive exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives that support operational requirements and mission readiness.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, role players, training facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure realistic and effective training delivery.
• Facilitate the integration of GEOINT, All-Source Intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT, Counterintelligence, and other intelligence functions into collective training events.
• Identify, coordinate, and secure training resources, including facilities, equipment, materials, and support services.
• Coordinate with relevant organizations to ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources for collective training events.
• Manage logistical requirements for training events, including transportation, lodging, scheduling, and participant support.
• Develop evaluation criteria, performance measures, and assessment methodologies to determine training effectiveness.
• Conduct after-action reviews (AARs), analyze training outcomes, and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports, findings, and recommendations to enhance future training programs and intelligence readiness.
• Liaise with GFCs, Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other organizations to ensure effective coordination and collaboration during training events.
• Foster collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, training facilitators, and external partners to leverage their expertise, resources, and best practices.
• Participate in meetings, working groups, planning sessions, and forums related to collective training and intelligence readiness.
