Human Resources Business Partner
About B2Spin
We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.
The role
B2Spin is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to sit at the heart of our people function — partnering with senior leaders to build the organisational capability that drives our growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that spans strategic workforce planning and day-to-day employee relations, with real scope to shape how we operate across our global, distributed team onsite. If you’re energised by complex challenges, comfortable with ambiguity, and want to do more than maintain the status quo, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do
•
Partner with senior leadership to design and execute people strategy — including workforce planning and org design — that directly supports B2Spin’s commercial ambitions across multiple entities.
•
Own the full ER caseload end to end: disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance cases, and workplace investigations — delivering pragmatic, legally sound outcomes that are fair and consistent.
•
Design and run engagement programmes — pulse surveys, culture initiatives, feedback loops — and turn insight into meaningful action rather than box-ticking exercises.
•
Coach and upskill line managers on difficult conversations, performance feedback, and conflict resolution, building capability so issues are caught early and handled well.
•
Drive policy and compliance across multiple legal entities, keeping HR documentation current and ensuring the business stays ahead of regulatory change in each jurisdiction it operates in.
•
Track and analyse people metrics — turnover, engagement, ER trends — and use that data to drive proactive interventions, not just respond to problems after the fact.
What we’re looking for
•
Depth in employee relations — not just policy familiarity, but demonstrable, hands-on experience navigating complex disciplinaries, grievances, and workplace investigations through to resolution.
•
Strong command of global employment law, with the confidence to interpret and apply it across multiple jurisdictions independently.
•
Strategic HR experience working directly with senior stakeholders, influencing org design and workforce planning decisions at a business level.
•
Relevant qualification and grounding — a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
•
Comfort working in fast-paced, regulated, and tech-driven environments — prior iGaming experience is a genuine plus, though comparable industries are equally welcome.
•
Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first context — self-directed, adaptable, and effective without close oversight.
•
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of earning credibility at all levels of an organisation.
Our values
At B2Spin, passion means we care deeply about the craft — we want people who are genuinely excited to build something great. Performance means we hold ourselves accountable, stay transparent about progress, and choose momentum over perfectionism. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
Equal opportunities
We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
