About the company
Security teams don’t need another dashboard. They need decisions that get executed.
Cye already tells enterprises which cyber risks matter most and what to fix first. Now we’re building the next layer: Cye AI, an intelligence layer that agents consume, act on, and verify.
Our north star is one intelligence layer, many agents, many surfaces. Cye’s risk decisions will flow:
•
into our own agents.
•
into customers’ agents and AI assistants through MCP and APIs.
•
into the tools where work actually gets done, such as ticketing, ITSM, and security platforms.
Then the loop closes. We’ll check that the fix really happened, not just that a recommendation went out.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior PM to help build this from the ground up. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership over a new product motion, not a slot on a mature feature team.
What you’ll do
•
Own product definition for parts of Cye’s agentic platform, including Cye AI, our MCP server, and agent workflows that act in customers’ native tools.
•
Design closed-loop experiences: recommendation → ticket → remediation → verification. Define what “done” means when an agent is the user.
•
Treat agents as first-class customers. Define the contracts, permissions, guardrails, and trust model that let third-party agents rely on CYE’s decisions.
•
Run discovery with CISOs, security engineers, and design partners. Turn ambiguous agentic use cases into testable experiments and shippable increments.
•
Define success metrics that go beyond usage, such as decisions accepted, actions executed, and fixes verified. Tie them to revenue and retention.
•
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, GTM, and integration partners to take features from idea to adoption.
What you bring

•

Big advantages
•
Experience in cybersecurity, risk quantification, or exposure management.
•
Hands-on with MCP, agent frameworks, or workflow automation platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, iPaaS).
•
Background in data products or analytics.
•
Degree in computer science or engineering.
Why Cye?
•
You’ll help define the category, not follow a playbook that already exists.
•
Agentic is a company-level priority with leadership backing, not a side project.
•
We have real customer data, real enterprise customers, and a platform agents can act on today.
Cye helps security and risk leaders gain a clear, defensible view of their cyber exposure, grounded in financial impact and real-world attack paths. By continuously quantifying exposure and validating it in context, organizations can establish a strong baseline, prioritize decisions with confidence, and track measurable reduction over time.
