Job Description
1.
Manage Procurement’s initiative tracking tool WAVE’s replacement. Polish and update training material continuously, deliver training, support creating initiatives, monitor projects phases and input, and act as backup owner for all A type Direct Material category.
2.
Act as APAC Procurement WAVE master user to coach and monitor IOs updating projects status timely and properly. Bridge with BHC CTG on Procurement reporting to ensure proper alignment and prompt action if necessary.
3.
Coordinate PU-APAC, PUR2 staff meeting in agenda, meeting minutes, action log, and follow up.
