General Summary:
The Assistant Vice President of CX Growth Analytics is responsible for leading a technical team that drives Demand Generation revenue growth and optimization. This leader serves as a strategic partner to leaders across marketing, sales, finance and the Go-to-Market Value Stream. The Growth Analytics team delivers the measurement, attribution, funnel intelligence, data strategy, and MarTech data pipeline capabilities that fuel strategic growth by identifying and prioritizing target accounts, optimizing marketing-to-sales pipeline performance, and quantifying marketing attribution.
The leader must develop and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Analytics Operations. Success requires deep B2B marketing analytics expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to leverage advanced analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to advance analytics delivery and improve business performance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Growth Analytics Strategy, Measurement & Funnel Intelligence
•
Define and drive the growth analytics vision and strategy by advancing the data and analytical capabilities needed to identify and prioritize the addressable market, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize performance across the marketing-to-sales pipeline.
•
Translate buyer engagement data, pipeline activity, and sales outcomes into actionable and measurable insights; identify success patterns and opportunities that improve demand generation performance and sales conversion.
•
Establish shared goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks across Marketing, Field Effectiveness, Sales, and Finance that provide consistent visibility into marketing-to-sales pipeline performance and enable optimization of buying group engagement, funnel progression, and conversion outcomes.
•
Model opportunity mix, pipeline conversion, and close ratios needed by segment to achieve annual sales premium targets and translate those requirements into actionable business goals.
•
Own and continuously advance the Marketing-to-Sales Pipeline attribution framework and methodologies, ensuring accurate measurement of influenced and incremental sales premium while defining and refining the engagement sufficiency thresholds associated with higher conversion and close rates than non-influenced opportunities.
•
Advance funnel intelligence from a reporting capability to a core planning and decision-making tool that integrates sales seasonality, segment priorities, and funnel-stage performance into media investments, business prioritization, and growth execution.
•
Assess the impact of AI-powered search, discovery, and zero-click behavior on buyer engagement and attribution; advance measurement approaches and analytical capabilities to adapt to changing digital consumption patterns.
Data Strategy & Marketing Analytics Operations
•
Lead the data strategy, data quality, and integration capabilities needed to produce consistent, trusted insights across the marketing-to-sales pipeline.
•
Aggregate and enrich internal and third-party data to define the addressable market; and design data pipelines to identify and qualify engaged prospects and route them to the field in a measurable, actionable manner.
•
Own data and MarTech vendor relationships and budgets; evaluate and enhance data, automation, MarTech, and analytics capabilities that improve productivity, measurement, and business performance.
AI, Advanced Analytics and Technical Leadership
•
Lead the transformation of analytics delivery through AI, automation, agentic workflows, and self-service capabilities that improve scalability, productivity, and decision-making.
•
Identify practical applications for LLMs, advanced modeling, machine learning, and automation, evaluating business value, technical feasibility, and governance requirements.
•
Provide technical direction across SQL, Python, statistical modeling, machine learning, data engineering, and business intelligence.
•
Review code and analytical methods, diagnose technical issues, and guide teams in developing reliable and maintainable solutions.
Team Leadership
•
Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, analysts, and marketing analytics operations specialists.
•
Develop technical and business capabilities through coaching, continuous learning, and career development.
•
Foster experimentation, accountability, collaboration, and strong business partnership.
•
Manage portfolio intake, prioritization, and delivery using agile methods and measurable pipeline outcomes.
May perform other duties as required.
