About the role
The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rinsho-shinrishi 臨床心理士: Certified Clinical Psychologists and Konin-shinrishi 公認心理師: CertifiedPublic Psychologists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments as well as strong report writing skills.
What You’ll Do
•
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
•
Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice.
•
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
•
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
•
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
•
Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
•
Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes.
•
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
•
Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
•
Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience
•
Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization
•
Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client
•
Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers
•
Provide support to our localization team in content translation
•
Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team.
Requirements
•
A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling
•
At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
•
Expertise in individual and group facilitation
•
Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
•
Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
•
Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists)
•
Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
•
Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in current country
•
Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients (can include counselling and psychoeducation sessions)

Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.

Has their own dedicated clinical space, available for rental by Intellect for therapy sessions and related activities.
