Where Stories Become Destinations
Imagine shaping the narrative of one of the Caribbean’s most coveted luxury escapes — where sun-bleached villas meet Mediterranean elegance, and every campaign, image, and headline builds a world guests dream of long before they arrive. Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, is a jewel within the LVMH luxury portfolio. Behind its global allure stands a strategist who turns brand vision into market presence — and we are looking for the person to make that magic resonates, every single day.
About the role
The Role
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you are the architect of a Belmond Caribbean brand story. Reporting to the Brand Associate Director, and working closely with the Area Managing Director, Caribbean and the General Manager of Cap Juluca, you lead with strategic clarity, inspire with creative vision, and execute with disciplined precision across every channel that touches our guests.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
· Set the strategic vision — develop, conduct, and oversee all marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the Caribbean region in alignment with the Brand Associate Director and the Global Brand & Marketing team.
· Drive 360° impact — lead promotional and marketing plans across website, digital advertising, email, social channels, print, events, partnerships, photoshoots, and collateral to grow revenue across primary and secondary markets.
· Pivot with purpose — master and adapt marketing plans in real time to respond to changing sales patterns and business needs.
· Protect the brand — ensure absolute consistency across every marketing and social media touchpoint, safeguarding both the property and global Belmond identity.
· Curate the guest journey — partner with Operations and Marketing teams to craft exceptional experiences from acquisition to on-property to advocacy and help establish property brand culture with Human Resources.
· Build powerful alliances — identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, artists, community programs, wellness practitioners, and chefs to expand reach and relevance.
· Champion sustainability — actively support, promote, and elevate regional sustainability initiatives.
· Lead and develop — manage the Sales & Marketing Assistant in Anguilla while promoting ongoing learning, mandatory training, and brand alignment across the regional team.
· Represent the brand — entertain key partners, influencers, and media, and represent Belmond at key industry events to secure business and visibility.
· Stay ahead of the curve — track market trends, data, and competitor activity to understand target guest needs and interests.
