As an Internet Travel Consultant at Rakuten Travel, the incumbent is responsible for growing inbound travel demand by optimizing hotel partners’ online sales performance, developing targeted accommodation strategies, and strengthening long-term partnerships through data-driven and consultative engagement.
Responsibilities:
•
Manage inbound travel initiatives from Japan by supporting hotel partnerships and promoting properties to the Japanese market
•
Conduct performance analysis and provide insights for partners (primarily hotel partners)
•
Advise partners to drive mutually beneficial (“win-win”) outcomes and improve online sales performance
•
Develop and curate accommodation packages and promotional plans
•
Support the creation and execution of customized online pages and campaigns
•
Drive business development efforts to increase advertising revenue from partners
•
Provide customer service and operational support to local partners
•
Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required
