PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Formulate efficient operational programs to maximize machine utilization and product quality while meeting customer expectations.
•
Complete and maintain program documentation and file systems.
•
Respond to short-term shop needs to keep NC machines operating at maximum efficiency.
•
Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying and reporting cost-saving opportunities.
•
Stay current on new processes, tools, and methods, and apply them to NC manufacturing.
•
Maintain open communication with all personnel, accepting suggestions and instruction.
•
Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineer to update routers for created or modified part programs.
•
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
•
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Utilize Esprit CAD/CAM software.
•
