About the role
Railserve is hiring a mechanically skilled Regional Traveling Locomotive Mechanic based in Ohio to support locomotive maintenance and repair throughout the region. This is a full-time, hands-on traveling role critical to keeping locomotives safe, reliable, and available to support customer operations.

Job Description
The Regional Traveling Locomotive Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing locomotives throughout the Ohio region to ensure safe, reliable equipment is available to support customer operations.
This position performs scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance, diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems, and travels to customer locations based on equipment and operational needs.
