Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master – Software
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master – Software to facilitate Agile software development and help engineering teams deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role serves as a servant leader, Agile coach, and delivery facilitator for one or more cross-functional software development teams. Working closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Engineering Managers, the Software Scrum Master ensures the successful execution of Agile ceremonies, removes delivery impediments, improves team performance, and promotes continuous improvement throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Roles & responsibility:
•
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
•
Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean practices.
•
Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, priorities, and sprint goals.
•
Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
•
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
•
Support release planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Monitor Agile metrics and improve team productivity and delivery predictability.
•
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Qualifications
•
