Job Responsibilities:
•
Documentation & Records Control: Assist in organizing construction drawings, statutory submittals, material/method statement approvals, RFIs, CVIs, daily site records, and photo logs.
•
Technical Support & Coordination: Support senior engineers and site agents in drafting site layout plans while coordinating with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site technical issues.
•
Progress Tracking & Meeting Minutes: Help prepare 3-month rolling programs and Statutory Flow Charts, assist with Main Contractor progress reports, and draft minutes for site and subcontractor meetings.
•
Quality Assurance & Inspection Support: Assist with QA/safety site inspections, participate in joint inspections with resident consultants, support factory visits, and arrange testing for finishing materials.
•
Procurement & Material Management: Prepare material procurement schedules (specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines) aligned with project progress, assist with subletting schedules, and track material wastage.
•
Cost Tracking & Claims Support: Record dayworks, double handling, and abortive works, while compiling site records with time and cost implications to support future claims.
Job Requirement:
•
Degree or HD in Building Studies, Construction Management or equivalent
•
Preferably with 2 years’ relevant experiences in building construction
