We are looking for a Blockchain Customer Journey Expert to help shape and deliver the next generation of digital asset payments, tokenized money capabilities, and distributed financial infrastructure solutions within ING.
You will own the functional delivery of Digital Asset Strategy initiatives, working at the intersection of payments, tokenization, stablecoins, and wholesale banking. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Wholesale Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Engineering to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong product and business delivery experience with a solid understanding of payment ecosystems, emerging digital asset models, and regulated financial infrastructures. We are looking for someone who can bridge business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities to drive impactful outcomes.
You will join a growing team focused on building and scaling ING’s digital assets and tokenization capabilities. The team works across multiple domains, including payments, settlement, compliance, operations, and technology, helping ING explore and deliver innovative solutions for the future of financial services.
