THE WORK:
•
You’ll collaborate with System Management and the Communications Coordinator to research, create, and administer customer outreach initiatives related to water conservation, emergency preparedness, and other topics.
•
You’ll measure program effectiveness, identify opportunities for increased customer outreach, and create and update data dashboards that track social messaging.
•
You’ll provide administrative support, research, and task coordination across functional teams as assigned by management.
•
You’ll participate in community events, public hearings, workshops, and HOA meetings as needed.
•
You’ll work with Community Services team members to develop and update programs throughout the state of Florida and provide customer support to Community Services Representatives across the governmental client’s connection areas.
•
You’ll review utility water conservation practices, provide recommendations, and draft social messaging based on your findings.
•
You’ll assist in drafting reports and presentations for Management, the Board of Directors, stakeholders, and the general public.
Work Location: Flexible
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
