About the role
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Operations Centre in Bristol, BS10 7SF.
Responsibilities
Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
The salary for this position is £29,436 per annum.
