We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is one of the most active investors in Web3, with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments. They are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee internal projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes to drive profitability and scalability.

Foster seamless collaboration with internal trading, technology, and operations teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
•
Leverage market data analysis to identify opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in market making performance.
•
Stay informed on the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the crypto and Web3 space to inform strategic project decisions.
•
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the crypto ecosystem.
•
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, contributing to business planning and long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
•
8+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or related industries.
•
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional team collaboration.
•
Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
•
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
•
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or Web3 concepts is highly desirable.
•
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•
Passion for the crypto and fintech industry, with a proactive approach to staying updated on market developments.
•
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
